Vitamin A (Retinol)
Vitamin A - Cod Liver Oil - 365mcg per serving

Vitamin A is a term for a collection of compounds called retinoids. They play an important role in vision, immune function, and cell growth and differentiation. You probably know about it from your skincare routine but it’s also been suggested that vitamin A may have a role in insulin secretion and sensitivity.
Retinoids are potent metabolism regulators. They play a part in fat tissue development and thus have been researched in connection with obesity and diabetes. They also influence beta cell function and insulin secretion.
Like the other fat-soluble vitamins mentioned earlier, Vitamin E and K, Vitamin A is critical in proper recycling of iron.
